25 Tamarack Street has 28 Suites

Our 28 suites at 25 Tamarack have 26 - 2 bedroom suites and 2 - 1 bedroom (not available for rent). Only 2 bedroom suites available for rent. Natural gas heat (Enbridge), central A/C, on-demand hot water systems (in selected units).

Several units have been renovated and have four stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave). Others were renovated by 2008 and have two appliances (fridge and stove).

Laundry facilities are shared on the main floor. Ease of access using building elevator. Common room has kitchen, shuffleboard, and library. Common room may be used as a guest suite.

Utilities are not included in monthly pricing (you can safely budget $270 per month). Water is included in rent. 1 parking space included. 2 electric car plug-in stations for owner and tenant charging.

Building has 3 storeys - is soundproof because of concrete block construction (as opposed to wood).

Half of the 28 suites at 25 Tamarack Street at Kerryhill Court are occupied by their owners. Investor-owned units may be available for rent. Kerryhill Court is Renfrew Standard Condominium Corporation #13 and supported by the Condominium Act 1998.
